Work with me in a 4 week one to one personal programme, where you learn about the art of menstruality through the 3 maps.

Gain understanding of menstrual cycle awareness, MCA, and how this can become a life changing practice. In one to one sessions with me, we go deep into your own personal and unique menstrual cycle and how it presents for you, based on an archetypal cycle. We look at how it started for you, your menarche and what you’re currently experiencing. Come on a journey with me to begin to notice, and come to remember the wisdom that lies beneath the surface that is you and your cyclical self.

This is a 4 week program with one 1.5 hr online session per week.

Each session is opened with a body connection and cycle check in.

In our first meeting I get to know you, where you’re at within your cycle awareness and your menstrual history. We will then look at the first map that holds us within our menstrual cycle.

We work through 2 more maps in sessions 2 and 3, and discover how you currently experience them for yourself, with things to work on and notice in the weeks between.

The final session is a thread that is picked up and personal to you. Something that’s a challenge for you in your own personal cycle, or something you’d like to work deeper on that you’ve discovered throughout this process.

All teachings and wisdom are based on Red School philosophy and body of work as I am a qualified Red School Menstruality Mentor.

This program can be started at any point in your cycle.

Group courses are held online and can hold up to 8 members. All learning the wisdom of menstruality together through the menstrual cycle itself. This is a five week course, with one 2hr online session per week, where participants learn about the 3 maps of the menstrual cycle, learn about MCA practice, learn the art of deep listening and witnessing. You will learn about yourself within a circle of women, as we do and can within a Red Tent setting. Participants will be paired up in Listening Partnerships for the duration of the program. I am available for check ins throughout the program and we create a chat group for all within the container to feel connected during the course. Each session is opened accordingly with a special and sacred practice to honour and acknowledge the work being done. Each session will be closed down with a similar practice. These courses will have scheduled start dates an will run periodically throughout the year. Please make contact with me for further details.

Let’s continue together in an ongoing cycle check in conversation where we meet online weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. In these check in’s I’m here for you as listening partner and support for anything that is arising within your cycle as you continue to move through them.

This is a way of accountability, keeping yourself on track with the tracking and having a sounding board for all or anything that arises within your MCA.

Note: these sessions are not counselling or therapy sessions but purely a space to share more and gain deeper insight into your own personal menstrual cycle awareness.

Once you’ve become connected to your cycle, more questions arise over time, and in these sessions they can be heard and seen and more awareness brought in.
